Delete environment

Permanently delete a CloudCLI environment, destroying its container, persistent storage, and all associated metadata. This operation is irreversible so once deleted, code on /workspace/, installed packages, shell history, and SSH keys are gone forever, and the subdomain is released back to the pool for reuse by other accounts.
